Hello people!!!
September, as expected, was a complete blur. After getting back from Costa Rica I had only a few days before the first ever "Fashions Night Out" in NY - then there was New York fashion week - then London followed by a quick trip to see my boyfriends James' hometown and then a trip back across the Atlantic for Paris fashion week! Still, I had a good time and it was great to catch up with everyone.
It's now October and I'm back here in New York enjoying the fall weather, the crisp air and sunshine remind me of Vancouver. The other day I was lucky enough to be sent a custom long board from the good people at Losee Longboards. I was a bit nervous to take it down busy city streets but I did like the idea of being a little more independently mobile here in the city so I was inspired to get a scooter! Its kind of like the one I had as a kid except this one has bigger wheels and goes super fast! I even convinced James to get one too and we ride them everywhere now... the other day we rode them all the way to the southern tip of Manhattan! Here's a few pictures:
Yes, we do realize we probably look like over-sized children but we're having fun anyway. Say hello if you see me float by!
More to come from me soon...
XOXO

Thos scooters look like so much fun :)
I LOVE how they incorporated the photos with the natural wood pattern underneath. *GORGEOUS pic by the way ;) as always Coco!
Aw that's cool! I haven't seen anyone in New York with any of those before! Smart idea!
Wow, that is inspiring! I usually get around on my bike, but now you've made me lust after a loooong board! Yours is beautiful!
xx
Love the pics of you on your scooter Coco!

so the longboard is insanely sick!
and i've been lusting over a scooter for the longest time to get around my town....even if i have a license and a car, it sometimes is kinda annoying to drive 6 blocks, but i don't want to walk cause it'll take too long....egh well
I love the scooter! They're so easy to ride but they're conveniently fast!
cuteness..love the last photo! =)
Come visit Vancouver soon! HOLLA when you do.
I want the COCO longboard.
Who's the lucky boyfriend?
haha! Thats so awesome!
And your pic in it is great!
this photo are great :)

Bonjour Coco excuse my english I'm parisian. I used to go to work with a scooter like yours on the pic until a grandma told me one day "I you were my little girl I'd tell you how ridiculous you are". I walked to the highschool where I teach and my pupils confirmed "Yes, teacher, we love you but you're too old to drive this!". Boooh. I'm 26.
Kiss from Elodie.

you're back
hip, hip, hooray.
don't leave it so long next time. And scooters are a great way to get around town, although watch out for obstacles because the problem with them is as soon as you hit something you can come off as there is no flex in the steering rod.
and you should tell us which was your favourite show to do?
Ernest
Scooters are so nerdy, but you make it look so cool that I want one too! Haha!
I'm so jealous of your longboard!
and that scooter must be so much fun
if only I had enough balance and coordination to ride either of the two..
i agree with Elodie! I find scooters a little contrived, especially electronic ones. Anything you can ride without simple movement should be reserved for the geriatric set.
also, who do models date? other models?
Great pictures, your boyfriend is really cool, you two are a great couple! And nothing wrong with that scooter, you look adorable- I still ride mine around for fun!
Great photos! It´s easy to ride with this???
From Spain, love your blog
lol so funny pics

Brilliant!!
hi coco! I think you have suck a cool nam. Well, I got two questions
and the first one is: Do you think the ideal is hard? Do you ever feel that you want to ignore them?
And the second: The modeling, is that... like a passion? I am just 12 years old and live very far away from th fashion industry but I can feel, when I watch top model and read fashionmagazines (Yeah, it seems a little weird and the moore weird thing is that I know all the designers) but i can feel that I really want to be a top model, exactly in the same way as you are. love from a very general educated 12-year old in sweden
It seems you had a lot of fun.. Hope you have enjoy it! hAVE a good day..
