So my friend had a party called "the great depression". It ment that we all dressed up in outfits from the  1930's. I was so ready to look the part.  I took an entire day to find the right outfit.
Learning from the best I was able to do my hair and makeup all by myself and doing not to bad of a job I managed to do my friends hair shown above.

I think I could bring back models that do their own hair and makeup.

I love your hair, Coco!!!!!! How do you learn how to do these things?!? However, this is not depressing at all! Great depression = dirty, old clothing
When I think of the Great Depression, I think of John Steinbeck novels. Now THOSE are depressing.

I always love doing my own make up, it's my favourite part of getting ready. However I am useless at doing my own hair so I would definitely need help with that, maybe you could help me out ;-)

Hey, thanks for the comment. That's a really good idea for a party. I actually posted awhile back about Cloak & Dagger's Fall 2009 collection, which is heavily influenced by the thirties, particularly the world of The Great Gatsby.

I happened to see you at the Met today (at least I think it was you), but I was a bit too shy to say hi. Maybe next time :)

P.S. Your hair is every bit as gorgeous as it looks in magazines.

You look awesome, as usual. Coco, in one of your next posts, could you tell us what hair dye you're using?
I tried everything, but nothing I used makes my hair as copper and vibrant as yours...
