I'm having a nap and what do I hear but a fire alarm go off in my hotel. Talk about a wake up call. So I go out into the hallway like a good little girl, and I see the staff frantically moving this way and that. At this point I thought maybe I should go down to the lobby just in case.  I think to my self if it was a real fire what should I bring with me. You could only imagine what seemed to be necessary.
          ~in my fireman's helmet~

My American Express, but incase the stores don't take A.E  I  brought my Master Card. As well as my room key just incase it was a false alarm. And then my new biker jacket that I only bought a few hours earlier. Never mind my passport or wallet those didn't seem to important. ;)

Anyways it was a false alarm and I get to keep all my clothes!!!!!

It's has nothing to do with the article but yesterday I was at the John Galliano show in Paris (I guess it pays off to do an internship a Marie-Claire magazine , huh) and I'm pretty much sure you were the the Second model walking (unless you have a twin );)
You're such a lovely girl , and it's so kind of you to share your model life with us, the non-model, unpretty people.

Nah, first comment eventhough I've been following your blog for a while now. I was wondering though if you ever read your comments? (No offense here. (: )

Thank you sincerely for sharing so much with us. (I kinda like what someone wrote above me: us unpretty, normal people.. hah.)
It feels good to see someone in that industry so healthy, funny & down to earth.. seems like your enjoying yourself. (:

Thanks again.

Oh, and I probably would've taken my phone with me if it was to happen to me. Just in case. - Then I'd call my mom. (Talking about being a grown up much, yeah.)

that is the silliest picture ever, and yet you still look great! That's an impressive model right there.

I would have left my passport behind too - it can be replaced and yet, it's an excuse to stay abroad a little longer, while they replace your passport. ;o)

Ahahaha! Yes, the only important things are credit card and clothes. Nevermind your passport when you're in a foreign country ;)

okay so this is my first post, since yesterday i came to realise you had a blog...i was really doubting when i saw it; since now there are a lot of fakes around in the web...
anyway..good reaction though with the fire alarm, i would've probably freaked out.. but you never now how you are going to react in situations like those until you actually live one.

and just like someone in an older poster said.. its good to know that there is someone really down to earth in the industry that normal-not so graceful moratls like us can realte to. ;)

Poor you! Must have been hard to be woken up by a strong alarm! Still laughing at the thought you took your new clothes but no identity papers! But you're a supermodel, anyone could tell who you are anyway!

haha you have always a story to tell us! i've ever had an false fire alarm on my school. it was hilarious; everybody was running downstairs outsite, and then we heard that it was a false alarm. but people of all classes were sitting outside in the sun, some with an delicious icecream, and nobody wants to go back into the school. so we had got a free hour! (oh and coco, sorry for my bad english. i'm from holland and i only speak english on my english lesson haha and outside that eh, never!) xxxxxxxx dalí

Coco, you certainly can pose, can't you? You're a born model. You're not even working and you take lovely pictures like the one in the post. By the way, I love, love your hair. I'm a bottle redhead too, and I try so hard to get my hair just like yours. But my hair fades so quickly. I'm so sad! :(
Anyway, you look gorgeous. Love ya, Coco!

Im so glad it was a false alarm - what would one do if all their clothes went up into flames!?? I cant even bear to think of it.

I am oh so jealous of your adventures abroad. My friend saw you walking around in your large sunglasses before the dior show last week - She's a lucky girl! lol. You looked fab. as always - not that you need me to tell you that.

A fire alarm going off isn't something you want to hear while sleeping.

I already mentioned that gun going off by accident, which was very loud and quite unexpected as well.
