I'm thankful for so many things in my career, but the one thing I'm most appreciative of is that I can use my position to try to help others. Over the last year I've had the pleasure to work with and get to know the good people who run Lakay Pam - an organization dedicated to helping children in Haiti meet their most basic needs. Over the next few months I'll have some exciting news to announce with regards to how I'm going to work with them further. Another matter I'm passionate about is helping girls deal with body image issues and self esteem. I'm very happy to announce that I've partnered up with Seventeen magazine to join their Body Peace Council. Along with Serena Williams, Amber Riley, Whitney Port and Katherine Schwarzenegger I will be regularly writing for Seventeen magazine on body image and health topics.
